Charles Mizrahi’s Stock Picks EXPOSED [Updated May 2022]

May 26, 2022 by Anders

If you're looking for Charle's Mizrahi's stock picks then you're in the right place.

Here I've put together a running list of stock picks that he's teased, which I'll be keeping updated as he continues to pump out the investment teasers.

Mizrahi worked on Wall Street for 37 years and now he claims to be all about helping out the average Joe and Jane on Main Street through his newsletter stock recommendations. These are the (exposed) recommendations that I've listed below.

As you maybe already know, here at Green Bull Research we expose investment teasers by digging into the clues they leave us. Normally, you'd have to buy into their services to find out their picks, but we try our best to expose them for free.

I've ordered the list of Mizrahi's stock picks below so that the latest ones are at the top. This should save you some time and frustration. You'll also be able to skip ahead to any of the picks you want to see with this nifty table of contents here...

*Got a recommendation from Mizrahi that's not on the list? Let us know in the comment section below this post*

Mizrahi's 2022 Picks

Here are his stock picks that we've covered from 2022...

His "Forever Battery" Stock

  • Title of Teaser Presentation: "The Forever Battery"
  • Name of "Special" Report: "The Forever Battery: How to Profit as EV Sales Grow 1,500%"
  • Promoted Under: Alpha Investor

We've been hearing a lot of investment "experts" teasing battery stock picks - Jason Williams' "Newton Battery", Ray Blanco's "Million-Mile Battery", Matt McCall's "Quantum Glass" battery, and now we've got Mizrahi's "Forever Battery"...

Batteries.

We all know how important they are for EVs, providing the power storage needed to get you from your front door to Walmart when you run out of toilet paper. There have been significant improvements made with regards to batteries in recent years, thanks to improving materials, energy density, and ultimately... price.

With NMC batteries in 2012, we saw cobalt being replaced with manganese and nickel for increased energy density. Then, at the same time, NCA batteries started to come out using aluminum in replacement of manganese, which provided even higher energy density at an even lower cost. Then there were the LFP batteries (lithium-iron phosphate) that introduced the use of cheap iron and did away with cobalt, making it practical for large vehicles. And the list goes on.

Mizrahi tells us that this "Forever Battery" takes only 15 minutes to charge, is incredibly small, and could soon power EVs for 1,000 miles on a single charge.

It sounds like a fairy tale, and if all true, it would be much more efficient than, for example, the batteries currently used in the Telsa Model X.

What's he teasing here? It's none other than the good old "solid-state battery", of which there has been a lot of noise about lately.

The company that he thinks is the best choice to invest in this battery tech:

  • holds 200 patents that protect its proprietary technology
  • has investments from one of the biggest car manufacturers in the world (a $170 billion company)
  • its management team has extensive experience and operating capabilities in the automotive sector, among other clues

We've identified this one as the solid-state battery manufacturer QuantumScape Corp. (NYSE: QS).

Picks From 2021

The stock picks from Mizrahi that we've covered in 2021...

"Miracle on Main Street" Stocks

  • Title of Teaser Presentation: "Miracle on Main Street"
  • Name of "Special" Report: N/A
  • Promoted Under: Alpha Investor

Banyan Hill Publishing was able to get Mike Huckabee (former governor of Arkansas) to come on with Mizrahi for this presentation, titled "Miracle on Main Street"...

This teaser presentation is a bit different than most. He isn't teasing the opportunity to invest in any hot new tech here, but rather the opportunity to invest long-term in solid and well-established companies.

As we've seen with his "American Prosperity Summit" teaser that's (listed below) that features Sarah Palin as well Alexander Green getting Bill O'Reilly in on his "Smartest Investment Strategy of All Time" presentation and others, this isn't the first time a popular conservative name has been featured for marketing purposes.

Here, Mizrahi talks about how the median holding period for stocks nowadays is just 4 months, whereas if we were to go back 30 or 40 years people would be holding their stock investments for 8 years on average, which is more along the lines of what Charles is suggesting here.

Here's a nice visual I found of the decline in long-term investing over the years (thanks to VisualCapitalist.com). As you can see, we're at the lowest holding periods there have been, much of which can be attributed to the increase in ease of trading over the internet.

He tells us that we should view our investments as partnerships in companies, not just quick cash grab opportunities, and in this teaser, he gives away his top 3 picks with this long-term approach in mind.

  1. Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET)
  2. Disney (NYSE: DIS)
  3. Lumentum Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: LITE)

So, he isn't teasing any stocks here. He just gives us his picks for free. However, he does tease the opportunity to get in on his Alpha Investor advisory service and gives away these picks as a preview as to what he offers.

His "L5" Autonomous Vehicle Lidar Stock

  • Title of Teaser Presentation: "The L5 Revolution"
  • Name of "Special" Report: "The No. 1 Autonomous Vehicle Stock of the Decade"
  • Promoted Under: Alpha Investor

"The L5 Revolution" is upon us... or at least this is what Charles Mizrahi is telling us...

According to him, this "overlooked" industry is set to grow by 63,000% over the next decade.

What the heck is L5?

What he's talking about here is level 5 of driving automation, which is the most advanced being full automation.

The 5 levels of driving automation break down like this:

  • 0) No automation
  • 1) Driver assistance
  • 2) Partial automation
  • 3) Conditional automation
  • 4) High automation
  • 5) Full automation

We're now at full automation and in making it to L5 the advancements in lidar technology deserve a big thanks. And, it's a lidar stock that Mizrahi is teasing here as his "The No. 1 Autonomous Vehicle Stock of the Decade".

Lidar stands for Light Detection and Ranging and basically what this does is allows machines to see the world in 3D, thus allowing a car to detect a pedestrian crossing the road and know to slow down.

This tech is paramount to autonomous vehicle functionality and has been a hot topic of investment in recent years, as we've seen from Luke Lango's LiDAR teaser, Keith Kohl's "LiDAR King" stock, and others.

Some of the better clues given for this pick include:

  • it has created LiDAR that can fit in your hand and costs just $400, and "They’re aiming for a $100 system in the very near future"
  • this company is the current leader in solid-state LiDAR tech
  • its CEO was part of an elite intelligence unit before founding the company

This pick sounds like Innoviz Technologies (Nasdaq: INVZ) to us.

The SoE Stock He's Teasing

  • Title of Teaser Presentation: "Have You Heard of 'SoE'?" and "Millions of Credit Card Statements Show Evidence of New Money-Making Trend"
  • Name of "Special" Report: "How to Profit From the $2.7 Trillion SoE Industry"
  • Promoted Under: Alpha Investor

Have any of you heard of "SoE"?..

He claims it's a "new money-making trend"...

I'm guessing you probably haven't heard of it, and this is because this is just an acronym that I believe Mizrahi made up himself.

If you Google "SoE" you'll find information on "Standard Operating Environment", "Special Operations Executive" and so on... none of which Mizrahi is talking about.

SoE, according to Charles, stands for "Subscription of Everything", and what he's talking about here is the investment opportunity behind the increased use of subscription-based digital services.

Amazon, Netflix, Spotify, Shopify, Zendesk, and many others use subscription-based services. Heck, there has even been talk about Microsoft going to a subscription model for use of Windows, as well as Apple for use of their IOS software.

According to Stanford Business, the use of the subscription model has grown more than 100%/yr in recent years. Not only this, but Mizrahi talks about how SoE growth has been catalyzed by the pandemic with more businesses using these types of services to have much of their business needs performed within the cloud... remotely.

From the teaser:

"If SoE grows like Charles predicts it will and becomes a $2.7 trillion industry by 2030, his top stock pick is positioned to make a killing."

Here are some of the clues on the company Mizrahi is teasing:

  • it provides businesses with a suite of software for SoE needs
  • it has created systems for billing, collections, revenue, management, and analytics that work with a subscription model

Zuora Inc. (Nasdaq: ZUO) seems to be his pick here.

His IoMT Stock

  • Title of Teaser Presentation: "Why These 5 Billionaires Are Going 'All-In' on Tech's Next Big Wave"
  • Name of "Special" Report: "IoMT: The Hottest Stock to Buy Right Now"
  • Promoted Under: Alpha Investor

We're told that "5 Billionaires Are Going 'All-In' on Tech's Next Big Wave"...

What the heck is "tech's next big wave" that Mizrahi is talking about?

It's "IoMT"... but this probably doesn't help much.

"IoMT" stands for the "Internet of Medical Things" and, according to Charles, it's "projected to soar 2,125 over the next five years."

IoMT is, in a nutshell, an internet-connected network of "smart" medical devices. Think remote surgery, patient data being uploaded remotely, and things like this that allow for machine-to-machine communication within the healthcare field.

This market, according to GlobeNewswire, is projected to be worth $187.60 billion by 2028, which is a 29.5% CAGR - quite a lot.

Projected growth runs high thanks to the convenience IoMT offers customers. Not only this, but the Covid pandemic has acted as somewhat of a catalyst to growth since many people needing medical attention were unable to attend regular doctor visits.

It's a big trend and Mizrahi claims to have "uncovered the one company at the center of it all".

We were told that it:

  • "has helped companies expand telehealth more than 100-fold in some cases"
  • is Missouri-based
  • plays a part in connecting telemedicine, remote home monitoring apps, healthcare devices, producing big data, and uses AI to analyze the collected data

His pick here, based on what we were given, seems to be Cerner Corporation (CERN), which has its IoMT health information services, devices, and hardware being used all over the country and is indeed based in Missouri.

The "No. 1 Marijuana Stock for 2021"

  • Title of Teaser Presentation: "No. 1 Marijuana Stock for 2021" and "No. 1 Pot Stock for 2021"
  • Name of "Special" Report: N/A
  • Promoted Under: Alpha Investor

We continue to hear quite a bit on cannabis opportunities. There was Matthew Carr's "#1 Cannabis Stock", that "Pfizer of Pot" stock John Persinos was teasing, and even Motley Fool's "#1 Pot Stock".

Now we have the "No. 1 Marijuana Stock for 2021"...?

Yep, Mizrahi is teasing another marijuana stock here, and guess what?

It's the same stock already listed below, which we first came across in 2020 (and that we know he's been teasing since 2019).

Since I've already covered this pick below, I'll be brief.

Mizrahi is very bullish on the cannabis industry. He believes that cannabis will be legalized at the federal level for recreational use soon enough, and that's why he's pounding the table to buy this one stock right now.

The thing is, the company he's teasing isn't actually a cannabis company. It's a "pick and shovels" play.

The company being teased, as we were told in the presentation, "has the ability to provide marijuana businesses a safe way to store all their cash" and can "give growers a safe, guarded way to get their harvest to dispensaries", among other things.

We've narrowed this pick down to be The Brink’s Co. (BCO), which provides safe cash storage and transport options for their weed harvests.

2020 Picks

Here are Charles Mizrahi's 2020 stock picks that we've looked into here at Green Bull Research...

AI Company Stock Pick

  • Title of Teaser Presentation: "The 'Hidden' Innovation On Boats Like This Could Make You Very Rich"
  • Name of "Special" Report: "The Leader of the $15.7 Trillion AI Revolution"
  • Promoted Under: Alpha Investor

Some "Hidden" innovation that's used on boats that could make us all rich?

This is what we're being teased with here, and it all has to do with AI, an investment opportunity that isn't only being teased by Mizrahi - see out The Motley Fool's AI stock, Jeff Brown's "AI Accelerator" stocks, etc.

This is another pick that he's been teasing since 2019, but as you know, I hadn't yet created this Green Bull Research website yet.

In the teaser, he tells us that this is about to "mint more millionaires than any time in modern history"... and with this, he has my attention.

AI, or artificial intelligence, is expected to add $15 trillion to the world economy by 2030. That's nearly the US GDP, and Mizrahi tells us that we can largely attribute this large growth to improvements in the collection of data, faster computer processing, and cloud computing, all of which enable AI at mass-scale adoption.

As we already know, he has "identified one company poised to take full advantage of the entire AI revolution", which he says is a "company with a chance for dominance that the world has never seen before".

Sounds interesting.

Some of the very limited clues he gives us here are that the company:

  • has 3,849 patents
  • and that it has already partnered with Apple, IBM, Intel, Amazon, and some others

We really don't have much to go off of here, so unfortunately we couldn't uncover this one.

That said, there are some comments on a StockGumshoe Microblog that talk about what stocks he might be teasing here.

"America's Alpha Stock" Pick (from The American Prosperity Summit)

  • Title of Teaser Presentation: "The American Prosperity Summit"
  • Name of "Special" Report: "America's Alpha Stock"
  • Promoted Under: Alpha Investor

With him in this presentation, we have Mizrahi being accompanied by John Burke and none other than Sarah Palin, former Alaskan Governor, and TV personality...

In this teaser, Palin plays the part of someone who is on a mission to help out middle-class Americans, telling us that "we need to fight for our financial future and for America's financial future" and that, of course, we should do this by buying into Mizrahi's Alpha Investor service.

I don't know whether or not to believe much of what is said, but Palin claims to now follow Mizrahi's investing advice through this service. This is what she calls her "secret weapon".

Is it just a load of bull? Who knows, but this is what we're told.

The presentation goes on to talk about how the Alpha Investor service works, providing subscribers with regular stock picks, and mentions his 3-step strategy for finding alpha stocks with low risk and decent reward potential.

These 3 steps include that the company must be in an "alpha industry" that is established and has high growth potential; it must have "alpha management" with motivated leadership teams looking to increase revenue; and, that it must have "alpha money" with good financials.

In the presentation, he teases his #1 stock pick, aka "America's Alpha Stock".

Some of the clues here are that it:

  • is Tennessee-based
  • employs 33,000 Americans
  • that "Home Depot tried to compete with them by opening a series of specialty stores only to close them a year later"
  • has management from Home Depot and eBay

We've identified this one pretty confidently as being Tractor Supply (TSCO).

The "No. 1 Marijuana Stock for 2020"

  • Title of Teaser Presentation: "No. 1 Marijuana Stock for 2020" and "Wall Street's Best-Kept Marijuana Stock Secret"
  • Name of "Special" Report: N/A
  • Promoted Under: Alpha Investor

Here we have what Mizrahi is calling the "No. 1 Marijuana Stock for 2020"...

He's also calling it "Wall Street's Best-Kept Marijuana Stock Secret"...

Pot. Whether you agree or disagree with its usage, you probably know that the potential market here is massive.

We've already seen Western nations like our neighbor Canada legalize marijuana for recreational use, and many think that the US will soon follow suit. Not only that, but many US states have already legalized the substance, although still not legal at a federal level.

There are a lot of predictions out there as for the growth of this new market, but according to Fortune Business Insights, they think the global cannabis market could go from $20.47 billion in 2020 to $197.74 billion in 2028. That's about 10x growth, and the majority of this will likely be happening in the US.

The cannabis stock Mizrahi is teasing here is one that he's even been teasing since 2019 (our website here wasn't even around at that time).

He claims it has "the potential to turn every $10,000 into $60,000 in the months and years ahead".

BUT, this isn't a marijuana company.

We are told that it's a "pick and shovels" kind of play, and some of the other clues given include that it:

  • "has the ability to provide marijuana businesses a safe way to store all their cash"
  • "give growers a safe, guarded way to get their harvest to dispensaries"

Based on these and several other clues, we think he's teasing The Brink’s Co. (BCO) here, which you probably already know provides secure transportation of cash/valuables, money processing, and vaulting.

Who Is Charles Mizrahi?

Charles Mizrahi

The man of the hour, Charles Mizrahi. He doesn't self-promote as much as many of the others in this space, like Jeff Brown and Whitney Tilson for example, but he does make some questionable claims.

He doesn't make any wild and ridiculous claims that are difficult to believe, but what I've found having reviewed hundreds of investment advisory services over the years is that you sometimes have to take what these people say with a grain of salt. Sometimes a large chunk of rock salt.

Some statements, while true, can be misleading.

But, as mentioned, Mizrahi doesn't go too crazy with self-promotion. He claims to have 37 years of experience as a Wall Street trader and fund manager, and this is indeed true and easily verifiable.

He started out on the floor of the New York Futures Exchange at the age of 20 and went on to have his own money management firm.

One thing he loves to mention is how Barron's named him the #1 trader in America when he was 35 - something you'll hear about in just about every teaser and info piece you can find on the man. This is something that I have not had any success verifying. In fact, I don't find any results at all if I search for "Charles Mizrahi" on Barron's website.

That said, if true, this would be a statement made by Barron's years and years ago, likely before they started uploading much info to their website.

So, I'll just take him as his word on this one... for now.

Besides working on Wall Street and supposedly being named "the No. 1 trader in the nation" when he was 35, I've also found that he has 2 published books available on Amazon, the more popular of which is titled "Getting Started in Value Investing", as well as a podcast called The Charles Mizrahi Show that has received good reviews (right now a 4.6 out of 5 on Apple Podcasts).

As I'm sure you already know, one of Mizrahi's main business ventures at the moment are his investment advisory services, which are run through Banyan Hill Publishing, which is the same publishing company that the often hyped-up Paul Mampilly also edits for... and let's not forget that it is indeed a subsidiary of The Agora.

Through Banyan Hill, Mizrahi runs his Alpha Investor newsletter service (his main service), which is an entry-level investment advisory service that is focused mainly on finding large, established companies with good leadership and more room to grow. As a value investor, this is where Mizrahi's expertise lies.

With this service, he claims to be looking to help out Main Street Americans, of which he was one growing up in middle-class Brooklyn.

Conclusion & Should You Buy Mizrahi's Recommendations?

As always, here at GreenBullResearch.com we recommend always doing your own due diligence before possibly purchasing any of the stocks exposed. And, keep in mind that we aren't recommending that you buy these stocks, nor are we telling you not to buy them. We simply are exposing the stocks that Wall Street veteran Charles Mizrahi is teasing, for free.

There's only one stock advisory service we recommend, and this has nothing to do with Mizrahi.

That said, I will say that Mizrahi's services are generally more liked than most in this industry, which as you already know is plagued with overly-hyped and misleading investment teasers.

Charles has the experience you want to see in someone running advisory services and isn't too much into the hype, which is likely part of the reason his Alpha Investor advisory has a pretty good rating on StockGumshoe (at the moment a 4.1 out of 5).

I hope this list of stock picks has been helpful. We'll be keeping it up-to-date as Banyan Hill and himself continue to pump out the teasers.

*If you have any Mizrahi picks that aren't on the list, please let us know below!*
