Charles Mizrahi’s “AI Patent Powerhouse” – The Best Investment for 2030?

Charles Mizrahi’s “AI Patent Powerhouse”

April 18, 2024 by Theodor

Another day, another Artificial Intelligence teaser.

This time around market veteran Charles Mizrahi is teasing an “AI Patent Powerhouse” that is taking AI to the next level and could unlock 10,366% in new wealth…over the next six years.

The Teaser

Recently, executives from seven of the world's largest tech firms met behind closed doors at the White House.

From blue-collar Brooklyn to pinstripe suits on Wall Street, Charles Mizrahi has built a decent reputation for himself in the 35 years he's spent in the market as a trader, money manager, and commentator.

I recently reviewed and revealed his OMEGA Stock Superstars and AI Guardian Firm picks, which were quality calls.

The meeting Charles is referring to happened last July and included all the usual suspects – Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, and a few others.

What came out of that session held in San Francisco was a set of voluntary commitments to ensure AI product safety and security testing “carried out in part by independent experts.”

This could play a part in what Charles is teasing in this presentation, but let's see how it plays out.

A Ground Floor Opportunity

The next thing Charles mentions is that “this is a chance to invest on the ground floor of a company leading one of the biggest technological revolutions in history.”

Basically, we're in the first inning of a nine-inning ball game when it comes to AI, which is the same sentiment I have shared in previous teaser reviews.

According to venture capitalist Kai-Fu Lee, the percentage of companies incorporating AI into their businesses beyond basic chatbots and generative AI is still in the single digits.

That quote is a bit outdated, from the end of 2022, which is ages ago in AI years. But the point remains relevant, that not many companies, especially not small/mid-size businesses, are using it beyond the most basic functions.

This presents a huge opportunity, as it took personal computers about 25 years to reach 90% of households and social media 15 years to be adopted by over 80% of households.

Now, the adoption curve for AI is even faster thanks to a slew of factors, and it is thrusting Charles' “AI Patent Powerhouse” to the forefront.

The Pitch

All the details about this company and its ticker symbol are revealed in a special report called The AI Patent Powerhouse: Ride the Coming 10,366% Surge in Wealth.

The report is only available to members of Charles' premium research service, 8-Figure Fortunes. But we can get our hands on it too if we're willing to fork over $995 to become members.

In exchange for our hard-earned dollars, we will get a 100% publisher's profit guarantee, which means “if we don't see at least five 100% winners in the model portfolio over the next year”, we get the second year for free.

A membership also comes with a minimum of 12-14 new growth stock recommendations per year, trade alerts with buy-up-to-prices for each recommendation, and exclusive access to roundtable discussions Charles hosts with market experts every quarter.

The Biggest Hurdle to Bringing AI Mainstream

To put it simply, without data, there is no AI.

If AI were human, it would be the water and nutrients needed to get through each day.

Charles is taking us inside a typical living room (maybe his), to demonstrate this.

In the far corner of the room is a wireless modem, probably similar to the one you have in your home.

The modem's WiFi internet connection enables us to watch YouTube on our smartphones, stream Netflix on our TVs, and talk to our friends and family on FaceTime.

However, if we begin doing all of these things simultaneously, we will notice our connection getting slower and slower.

Well, the same situation is unfolding with AI, given the vast amounts of data it consumes.

This latency, as it's called, leads to increased bandwidth costs and as the number of AI applications grows, could bring networks to a standstill.

The Portable AI Stack

Enter the portable AI stack as a solution.

As Charles explains, these are essentially customizable mini data centers that fit into spaces where traditional data centers cannot.

So instead of data traveling over long distances, creating dreaded latency, data transmission would happen over short distances, making it lightning fast and precise.

The “AI Patent Powerhouse” makes and services portable AI stacks around the clock, making it the equivalent of a broadband internet provider in the days of dial-up. Let's find out what it is.

Revealing Charles Mizrahi's “AI Patent Powerhouse”

Here are the significant clues dropped for us throughout the video presentation:

  • The Ohio-based company has 2,740 patents related to portable data centers and counting.
  • Citadel Advisors, D.E. Shaw, and Bain Capital are among the company's shareholders.
  • It has partnerships in place with 89% of Fortune 500 retailers.

The AI Patent Powerhouse is Vertiv Holdings Co. (NYSE: VRT). The clues stack up like the servers inside a data center.

Make 10,366% in Six Years?

Charles is basing his AI growth forecast on a Bank of America research estimate and his growth expectations of Vertiv are based on it being mission critical to AI's growth, is it?

On one of the first slides in an investor presentation from last year, the company says “The world depends on data we power and cool.”

From this standpoint, Vertiv is as mission-critical as it gets.

The company is a legacy critical infrastructure provider for commercial and industrial environments dating back to its inception in the 1960s as the first manufacturer of computer room air conditioning (CRAC) systems.

This foundation has served it well, as it has enabled it to reinvent itself like an aging pop star while continuing to serve the same markets it always has – commercial and industrial, communications networks, and data centers.

Looking under the hood, Vertiv's Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) metrics of 8% and 27%, respectively, speak to its defensible position as a critical service provider.

Is it a Buy?

Vertiv's size and scale with 22 factories and supply chains across the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe, make it an industry leader in badly needed digital infrastructure as well as several sub-segments, including thermal management.

At a valuation of 35x forward earnings, the stock is a little pricey, but that's to be expected given the company's profile and good underlying economics. In the event of a market pullback, it wouldn't be the worst idea to pick up some shares for the long term.

Quick Recap & Conclusion

  • Market veteran Charles Mizrahi is teasing an “AI Patent Powerhouse” that is taking AI to the next level and could unlock 10,366% in new wealth…over the next six years.
  • Without data, there is no AI, and the “AI Patent Powerhouse” makes and services critical AI infrastructure solutions such as power-switching parts and racks.
  • All the details about this company and its ticker symbol are only revealed in a special report called The AI Patent Powerhouse: Ride the Coming 10,366% Surge in Wealth. It's ours if we subscribe to Charles' premium research service, 8-Figure Fortunes for $995 for the first year.
  • The report isn't the only place the name of the “AI Patent Powerhouse” is revealed. As per your request, we uncovered it for Greenbull readers for free as Vertiv Holdings Co. (NYSE: VRT).
  • Vertiv is a leader in the digital infrastructure industry and its stock price reflects this reality. However, if your time horizon is long-term, paying a little bit more today won't make much of a difference in 5 to 10 years.

Theodor is an old school value guy, when he's not looking for great companies and great prices you can find him on the basketball court hooping.

  • Thanks for this. Just heard of VRT recently. Did not drop much this week during the tech pullback. Definitely on my watchlist.
