The next play is in surgical robotics.

- It treats a huge prostate issue called BPH with minimal to no side effects.
Alex is likely teasing PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation (Nasdaq: PRCT).
- Procept's system is called the AquaBeam Robotic System, which uses a heat-free, robotically controlled waterjet to perform a procedure called Aquablation therapy.
- The procedure removes prostate tissue for the treatment of BPH, or an enlarged prostate.
Last, but not least, Alex goes back to the energy well:
- The third company collects royalty payments from some of the biggest and productive oil fields in the nation, generating $160 million annually without operating a single oil well.
- Revenue has doubled over the past 5 years, that's why they pay a massive 10% yield to investors.
Sabine Royalty Trust (NYSE: SBR) is the closest match.
- Sabine owns diversified royalty and mineral interests in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
- Revenue fluctuates along with well production, but has hovered around the $100 million range for the past few years and the dividend currently sits at 7.30% after some share appreciation.
20-Fold Upside?
Alex is of the mind that his small-cap picks have enough upside to rise 20-fold by the end of Trump’s term.
If we're talking strictly upside, without any consideration for downside, which would be a horrible way to invest. Then Procept BioRobotics probably has the highest upside of any pick.
Surgical robotics systems, especially for minimally-invasive surgeries, which make up the majority of surgical procedures, is on the upswing.
Approximately 15% of such surgeries now use robots and this share is only going to go up.
However, one company, Intuitive Surgical (Nasdaq: ISRG) already dominates this space and taking away market share won't be easy.
I don't know about 20-fold upside, but there's far worse things we could do with our money than buying into a royalty trust, like Sabine, at 12x earnings, with a 7.3% annual yield.
