Luke Lango’s White House Target Stocks – Make 1,000%?

One of the fastest waves to double or triple your money in today's market is to simply to find a stock the U.S. Government wants to own and get in before Washington makes its move.

This is what Luke Lango's White House Target Stocks is all about, the next group of companies the White House is going to need to own.

The Teaser

There's an official reason for Washington's recent buying spree and then there's the real reason, which is much more extraordinary.

Luke Lango was one of the most active investment newsletter purveyors of the past year, cranking out teasers like Project Yorktown (Stablecoins) and his A.I. 2.0 Stocks, which we have reviewed here.

In this one, he says the official reason for Washington's string of strategic investments is to shore up America's domestic source of rare earth minerals and other natural resources, which were the focus of negotiations with China.

However, the real problem it's trying to solve is one of national defense.

It all ties back to a Department of War document called the National Defense Industrial Strategic Implementation Plan (NDIS).

Luke picked out the following cliff note from it:

The NDIS is a call to both the private and public sectors for focused, dedicated efforts to build and secure the industrial capability and capacity necessary to ensure our military has the material available to deter our potential adversaries, and if necessary, defeat them in battle.

So it goes beyond the natural resource sector and Luke is convinced that the government's ultimate plan is to own a part of the entire technology industry supply chain.

As we'll see, it has no other choice.

This would potentially involve hundreds of stocks.

But that doesn't mean we should just go out and buy half of the market indiscriminately, which would be a feat to pull off anyhow.

Instead, Luke has narrowed it down to just five names that he urges readers to go out and buy immediately, before the next phase of the government's buying spree begins.

The Pitch

The names of the five stocks are revealed only in a brand-new report called The President's Market: How To Make 500%-1,000% Gains From Washington's NEXT Buying Spree.

We can get it with a membership to Luke's Innovation Investor research advisory, which costs $49 upfront for the first year (normally $199) and comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee.

Breaking China's Chokehold

China's military might may not equal that of America, but economically speaking, they are a force!

For example, whether you're reading this on a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, none of them can function without a rare earth metal called dysprosium.

Well, 99% of this rare earth metal comes from a single refinery deep inside Communist China in the city of Wuxi, just outside of Shanghai.

This is just the beginning.

If we go down the list of critical rare earth elements, from Samarium to Scandium, and Antimony, which are used in different weapons systems, including nuclear weapons, China fully supplies 96% of them.

It goes without saying that relying on your biggest economic and military rival to supply your critical defense needs is not a winning strategy.

According to some defense industry officials, the U.S. has just 60 days' supply of these rare earths stockpiled.

Rightfully so, some within the armed forces are alarmed, saying “I can tell you, we talk about this daily.”

However, for the first time ever, America is working to break the Chinese choke hold on rare earths and other key resources.

The Re-Industrialization of America

Over the past year, a clear pattern has emerged:

  1. The government identifies a crucial economic “chokepoint” China controls
  2. It backs a U.S. company that can help break that dominance
  3. That company soars in value, along with the entire sector

This is what the NDIS Implementation Plan is all about.

Luke is taking it one step further, looking at the entire supply chain, from raw materials, to energy, to the industrial base, and finished products.

So we have the problem, the beginning of a solution, all we need to know now is the White House Target Stocks.

Revealing Luke Lango's White House Target Stocks

Before getting to any clues, Luke starts things off with a familiar name…

MP Materials (NYSE: MP)*, the owner of America's biggest rare earth mine. MP also owns America's only functioning rare earth processing plant.

But even that plant sends a lot of the material it produces abroad for further processing.

This is where the clues start, with a processing pick:

  • The company is totally overlooked by most investors, because the famous mine it owns hasn't been explored since the 1960s.
  • It is sitting on the largest deposit of heavy rare-earth elements in the United States, estimated at over 1 billion tons.
  • Sergey Brin, one of the co-founders of Google, owns a 7% stake in the company.

This is USA Rare Earth LLC. (Nasdaq: USAR).

  • The largest deposit of heavy rare-earth elements in the United States is Round Top Mountain in Texas, with an estimated 1.6 billion tonnes.
  • Sergey Brin owns a nearly 9% stake in USA Rare Earth through his family investment office, Bayshore Global Management.

Following the supply chain theme, the next pick is all about semiconductor chips that rare earths partly power.

  • This company was started by the founder of chip designer AMD, Jerry Sanders.
  • It has formed a critical partnership with Google and it's spending $16 billion on new manufacturing right here in the U.S.A.

GlobalFoundries Inc. (Nasdaq: GFS) is the name we're looking for.

Luke's next pick is all about data centers and the servers, racks, and liquid-cooled technology needed to keep them working at optimal capacity.

  • One small company builds these related hardware technologies in Silicon Valley and has plans to expand nationwide.
  • Last year the company struck a deal with Elon Musk's xAI to construct a 100,000-GPU “Colossus” supercomputer in Memphis in just 122 days.

Luke is talking about Super Micro Computer Inc. (Nasdaq: SMCI).

  • Super Micro is a server and data center equipment manufacturer that built the cluster for xAI's Colossus supercomputer.

Luke's final pick is the linchpin that all AI runs on – energy.

  • It's a U.S. firm that specializes in the production of SMRs, which is short for small modular reactors.
  • This company can deliver an SMR in two years, 80% faster than a traditional nuclear reactor.
  • In May 2025, the CEO of this firm had a meeting with the President at the White House.

This sounds like Oklo Inc. (NYSE: OKLO).

  • The nuclear energy technology company aims to deliver its first small modular reactor (SMR) by 2027, which would be significantly faster than the decade plus it takes to build a traditional nuclear power plant.
  • Oklo CEO, Jacob DeWitte, met with President Trump at the White House in May 2025.

Bonus Pick

Since energy is so important to AI and defense, Luke's bonus pick is in the same sector.

  • This company is the sole supplier of nuclear reactors and fuel that power all of the country's 71 nuclear-powered submarines and nuclear-powered aircraft carriers.

The bonus pick is almost certainly BWX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BWXT).

  • BWXT has manufactured naval nuclear components and reactors since the 1950s and it supplies the military, Navy, and U.S. Department of Energy, among others.

Make 500%-1,000%?

If you're a devout Luke Lango groupie or just a casual follower, some of his picks will seem familiar.

That's because he's made them in various teasers in the past.

Everything Luke highlighted, from the rare earth supply, or lack thereof, to the federal government's NDIS Implementation Plan, is true.

All except the White House Target Stocks, which are a product of some intelligent speculation.

So, I'm analyzing them on whether they would make solid, standalone buys.

Given the macro backdrop, it wouldn't surprise me if all rose considerably over the next year, but strictly from a value and growth standpoint, USA Rare Earth stands out.

USAR is building a domestic supply chain for rare earths, has accelerated the commercialization timeline for its Round Top heavy rare earth deposit in Texas, and is sitting on a quarter-billion in cash, with no debt.

Even at somewhat elevated valuations, five and ten-baggers are a distinct possibility in the natural resource space against the current backdrop.
