Louis Navellier’s Golden Dawn Stocks – Profit from the Biggest AI Breakthrough Yet?

Louis Navellier is back with an urgent presentation that he says is the biggest prediction of his 40-year+ career.

It involves a secret city, an artificial intelligence mega computer, and some “Golden Dawn” Stocks.

The Teaser

Top scientists from the federal government, Google DeepMind, and OpenAI are working on something that could render all current artificial intelligence models obsolete.

We've heard the “biggest prediction of my 40-year+ career” claim from Louis before, as we have previously reviewed his Stage 2 AI Stocks and “Ownership Stocks” teasers.

The start of this teaser, which was pure cinema thanks to host Chris Hurt, hints at something big.

That something is Trump's Genesis Mission Project.

When Trump re-took office last November, he issued an executive order to launch something called The General Mission. It's aim is clear:

Harness current AI and advanced computing revolution to double the productivity and impact of American science and engineering within a decade, delivering decisive breakthroughs to secure American energy dominance, accelerating scientific discovery, and strengthen national security

Genesis Mission Director, Dr. Darío Gil has said it is about “linking the nation’s most advanced facilities, data, and computing into one closed-loop system to create a scientific instrument for the ages.”

This is kind of vague, but Louis elaborates…

What will make current-gen large language models look like an AOL email address is a new mega computer. One that has a footprint bigger than the entire state of Texas!

The supercomputer will run on a radically new type of hardware being developed in a lab in the mountains of Tennessee.

Louis calls this monstrosity the “Golden Dawn” device and when it comes online, he will rotate his firm's $350 million in AI stock holdings into a “new class of AI stocks.”

The Pitch

All is revealed in a new report called The Golden Dawn Portfolio: 7 Stocks to Profit from Trump’s AI Master Plan.

It comes included in a trial subscription to Louis Navellier’s Growth Investor newsletter, which costs $49 for a limited time (normally $499) and includes a 90-day money-back guarantee.

What in the World is a “Golden Dawn” Device?

An occult order? A grocery store? Golden Dawn is none of these things according to Louis.

Instead, he says “world's first AI mega computer” only begins to describe it.

This sounds like an exascale computer that can handle massive datasets and solve problems at lightning speed. Currently, the title of world's most powerful computer is held by El Capitan. A Department of Energy (DOE) concoction hosted at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California, El Capitan's architecture is a mix of AMD chips and HP Enterprise hardware.

Golden Dawn is supposed to make El Capitan and other lucha libre wrestling named supercomputers, like xAI's Colossus, look like pocket calculators in comparison.

Is this even possible?

According to Louis, the key lies in the chips, which solve this most daunting AI challenge.

The Precision Problem

Fast, convincing, but lacking precision accuracy.

This is what today's batch of FP16-powered AI models are built for.

They can give us a pretty good chicken soup recipe, but when it comes to solving production problems down to the nuts and bolts, they fall short.

FP64 chips solve this and the world's first exascale supercomputer, Frontier, located in middle-of-nowhere Tennessee, contains them.

Researchers working on it say it is so accurate that it captures the chaotic behavior of plasma, which could lead to more efficient nuclear reactors, among other breakthroughs.

Like Frontier, Golden Dawn, which is currently under construction, will also be owned by the DOE, but one company has secured a contract to help build it out, and that is Louis' first “Golden Dawn” stock.

Revealing Louis Navellier's Golden Dawn Stocks

Louis' teaser was a roller-coaster ride.

AI, a secret city (Oak Ridge, Tennessee), FP64 chips, the world's first AI mega computer, I could go on.

But what matters most is how we can profit from it all and these are the answers.

First Golden Dawn Stock

  • This company has built a next-generation AI chip.
  • It is tuned for “training massive AI models, including scientific simulations.”

The AI chipmaker is revealed towards the end of the teaser as Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (Nasdaq: AMD) and it's MI355X Instinct Accelerator is the aforementioned chip.

Second Golden Dawn Stock

  • An obscure Agentic AI company working on Golden Dawn slated for a $190 billion cash infusion.

When it comes to public-traded agentic AI companies working on supercomputing projects with the U.S. government, the most “obscure” or least-known is CoreWeave Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWV).

It joined the DOE's Genesis Mission last year, supplying AI cloud infrastructure to support advanced workloads.

Third Golden Dawn Stock

  • This company empowers “Golden Dawn” to create new “designer” molecules for fusion energy, curing cancer, and powering quantum computers.

One company already doing this is Eli Lilly (NYSE: LLY).

It partnered with Nvidia to create a supercomputer specifically for AI-enabled drug discovery and is also investing heavily in AI-designed drugs.

When it comes to the last four “Golden Dawn” stocks, nothing is mentioned and the Growth Investor newsletter subscription is plugged once again before the teaser goes dark.

But based on what we know, is this the best way to play the coming launch of the world’s first AI mega computer?

Profit from the Biggest AI Breakthrough?

Louis believes he knows how the Genesis Mission will achieve it's lofty aim of global technological dominance.

It is supposedly going to link the Department of Energy's multiple supercomputers, like El Capitan and Frontier, to create the world's most powerful AI computer network, with the first AI mega computer at the center.

As we know, the Genesis Mission is real and if we dig into the fine print of the executive order that established it, we'll find the following:

Establish and operate an American Science and Security Platform (Platform) to serve as the infrastructure for the Mission

This is what Louis alludes to in his teaser and we also know who some of the mission's public partners are.

All the usual suspects are present, like Google, Nvidia, Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM. HP Enterprise, AMD, Palantir, and CoreWeave are also named, among others.

Between the two that are also Louis' picks, AMD and CoreWeave, the latter has more upside potential due to it's relatively smaller size.

However, the third, Eli Lilly, which coincidentally is not named as a Genesis Mission partner, presents the best overall value. It has a lower valuation than both AMD and CoreWeave, and it pays a small annual dividend.

Louis' picks are fine and should provide above-average returns over the longer-term, but if the physical power bottlenecks required for more computing don't get solved first, the AI supercomputer story could take much longer to play out than many believe.

Quick Recap & Conclusion

  • Money manager Louis Navellier is teasing a secret city, an artificial intelligence mega computer, and some “Golden Dawn” Stocks.
  • Louis' teaser contained a lot of info and it wasn't the easiest to follow, but “Golden Dawn” is keyword for the world's first AI mega computer that is currently under development by the federal government, and some publicly-traded companies are helping make it a reality.
  • All are revealed in a new report called The Golden Dawn Portfolio: 7 Stocks to Profit from Trump’s AI Master Plan. The report is included in a subscription to Louis Navellier’s Growth Investor newsletter, which costs $49 for a limited time (normally $499).
  • Information on only three “Golden Dawn” Stocks was provided in the teaser, they were all revealed for free – Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (Nasdaq: AMD), CoreWeave Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWV), and Eli Lilly (NYSE: LLY).
  • LLY represents the best value for the price paid, but CoreWeave has the most upside of the three.
